Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Fee:
    A $4.99 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This amount will be added to your total service charge at the time of payment following your session. The booking fee serves as a commitment measure, supporting efficient scheduling and appointment retention for all clients.
  • 48-Hour Cancellation Notice:
    Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Early notice allows other clients the opportunity to book that time slot.
  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • No-Shows:
    If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice (no-show), the full session fee will be charged to the credit card used when booking.
  • Arriving Late:
    If you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, rescheduling is recommended to ensure respect for the time of other scheduled clients and to maintain the flow of appointments.
