Welcome! I’m Sabrina, and I’m passionate about helping you feel your best in body, mind, and spirit through skilled, restorative massage and/or Reiki energy therapy.

My journey began in the demanding world of financial services, where I spent years working with insurance products and securities. Over time, life’s natural course and moments of personal unease set me on a path toward deeper self-discovery. The loss of my mother was a truly transformative turning point, opening me to a spiritual awakening and inspiring me to seek relief, understanding, and balance.

In my search, I found powerful healing through both massage therapy and Reiki energy practices. Experiencing the profound support and positive change from Reiki led me to pursue formal training and receive attunement as a Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 practitioner. I completed both attunements in person with a Reiki Master in the Bay Area, California, and this wisdom deeply shapes the work I offer today. In addition, I am a licensed massage therapist trained in a variety of specialized modalities to help clients achieve holistic wellness.
